There are no designated anchorage areas the
Greenport Village area.
Some boaters attempt to anchor to the west
of the Railroad Fishing Docks near 3rd Street
and the Greenport Visitors Dock. However,
this area is extremely busy with commercial and
private boats. There is usually a lot of
boat wakes to contend with in this area.
We would suggest staying at the Greenport's
Visitors Dock, the Docks in Mitchell Park or
spend the day at a local marina. See the Marinas
